Unfortunately, ICO is Forced to regulate in the rules of participation, persons from the United States cannot participate in the purchase of tokens. This is done because the SEC is very tightly regulated. So you can buy tokens on your relative from another country and sell on his behalf. No problem.

Everyone has the chance to become wealthy if they are not lazy enough to work everyday like trading in the market or accept services like translations, there are a lot of work to be done by just participating on bounty campaigns so everyone can earn cryptocurrency by just working.

I haven't read or have come across that kind od rule, in fact I know some people who are not that wealthy and even invested on a certain coin and ICO when he got his last pay but did allow him to join and invest them. Those are just words coming out of some people who are insecure of those who got in first, in my opinion.

Agree being wealthy and dreaming of this is everyone's right. That is a very racist thing tp say because we all have a freedom we all have a choice and have a dream in life and almost all the rich people that are humble of course those who are from the poor family before but I am not saying that all rich are arrogant people it is just a shame to see that they are dividing the society with this kind of rule. There are a lot of ways in order to get rich and with the help of the cryptocurrency this makes it more handy to gain profits so lets just not believe that rule if that is true.

It is right and the reason is whales. They manipulate the market and suck our money. Big investors are making big money and small investors are losing their hard earn money. Manipulation is a big problem for bitcoin. Many people do not invest in bitcoin because they are aware of market manipulation so that will not make any profit in their presence.

It has nothing to do with being "allowed" to be wealthy and everything to do with protecting people who don't know jack about complicated investments from getting swindled. There is a presumption that people who are wealthy have the financial prowess to scrutinize various types of complex and non-traditional investments in the private space that are not regulated (as opposed to public securities that are fully regulated). If this presumption happens to be wrong and you have a rich idiot, the fallback position is that even if they lose their investment because they're foolish, they have the financial ability to weather that loss. People who are not accredited investors 1) are presumed not to have this financial acuity (which may be unfair in certain situations, but on the whole tracks pretty well), and 2) do not have the ability to weather the loss of their investment if they get themselves swindled in an unregulated investment.

On the scale of risky, unregulated investments, ICOs rank right below "obvious Ponzi" in the risk department. The accredited investor rules are not stupid, they're the direct result of people who don't understand the risk inherent in private investing, lose all their money, and then complain to the government about how nobody was there to protect them from themselves. Hence, accredited investor laws.

Lol. If you go in the bitcoin at the beginning of the emergence and if there you make a lot of your money then you have become rich when bitcoin prices increase very high in 2017. There are many stories that have answered it all. So to be rich in crypto I think it's still very possible if you are a hard worker that can be applied in the world of crypto.

There is no certain allocation of wealth.  Even the poorest people can be rich as long as they trust themselves. Hardwork and perseverance are some of the keys. Everyone has the chance. How does one define wealth? If you only define wealth as being rich with millions to billions of dollars then your perception of wealth is shallow. Anyone can be wealthy on their own way, I my self might not be financially wealthy but I am wealthy enough with love form my family and of course for them I want to be financially free. Sounds quiet unclear,  but I would say that every person is able to become wealthy, if that person would work hard and work Smart, all the limits are only in your own head. Just my humble opinion on that.
