Funding a movie with crypto currency, that's an awesome idea, what is the latest sale numbers of cryptoflix, it would be very bad that such a good idea will go to waste, also i saw partnerships with universities, that's also good too. So what's the latest situation about the project.

Would like to know that as well. I thought it a promising project, esp. the movie funding part, but unfortunately they haven't raised much money. They confirmed they would continue no matter what but no news from the team about anything, neither here nor in their telegram channel.

They have a working platform, so i think they can continue with the money the raised, also the bull season is incoming so their raised eths and btcs value will increase.

I think the latest news in telegram is that the ceo stepped down from his position due to health and family issues. Project will continue without him apparently. But updates are slow recently. So i don't think they'll post updates to here in the near future.

I wish they could post developmental updates here in this thread just to keep the community well informed about its current status. Imo.

I followed the project almost from the beginning, activities from the team decreased everyday. Now all i can see is just people asking for some info in here. Sad. Hopefully telegram group is more active than here.

With the amount of ETH they gained during the ICO, are we absolutely sure that they will go on with the project? I see many ICOs doing the same thing, devs saying "yes we go on" but after months they disappeared

I fear the same too. They started with a solid project, working platform, educational contents which are free, but nowadays they are lost. Even telegram group they are less responsive but they are all abandoned this thread. I dont know how many they are raised etc.

It is a pity that he did not receive a payment for participating in the bounty of the company
The project was good and confidently gaining popularity among users,but the team somehow took a long time with payments

I see a lot of crypto projects starting of as a "new invented wheel" that will change the world... and a lot of those project end up in the trashcan.
This is very dissapointing.. knowing that a lot of people are willing to support & invest in these projects.
The only possible outcome I see in this is that crypto projects will be less trusted and it will be more difficult to find investors.

So.. I surely hope the team behind cryptoflix will continue to create what they promised.

I'm getting more and more the feeling this project has been abandoned...  it's kinda pitty that good ideas get wasted like this.
What if someone else has the same idea to develop.. how will this be looked at by the potential investors?

Someone of the team posted on telegram sometime beginning September that they will come up with an update soon, that was the last thing I heard of them. Let's hope they are currently working on the project and will announce some good news.
