Just Hold ! all altcoins are just affected with the Bitcoin price. Its just manipulation of some whales traders of bitcoin. Quitting is not the answer you'll regret forever for that. You will lose everything if you surrender its only normal you feel only worried but don't lose hope and just chill. Moon is near just give more patience.

Many of the Professional altcoin traders when the altcoin situation in red they do HOdl and they relax and waiting untill the coin will be green again or pop up again so why we will not do like them relax and waiting because in crypto world the real traders or investors are moody like calm patience and relax. for me I do like this.

Quitting will give you no benefits than holding.
I'm a Hodler so my secret key to become more successful is that I patiently waiting for a good timing to buy low and sell high.
As being said that the patient will soon get the money from the impatient or panic sellers because I deserve a reward and they are not.
As a Hodler and amateur trader, I always set myself in patient being to claim more rewards after due time.

I will advice not to quit your altcoins in loss because dumps and pumps is the nature of crypto and market can go down from ATH because of profit booking, I think this is the good time to buy good altcoins at very cheap price.As market will be stable and go again up all altcoins will jump more and you will get 3-5x profit from current level and market crashed becuase FUD and rumor and also some bad news. Have a look now at coinmarketcap.com most of the coins now are green and I hope that this is the start and it will remain in the long run. The benefit when you hold is it will give you a nice profit in the future, not just nice but big profit. But the question is do you have coins to hold and what are those coins? And if you will quit in crypto market then this doesn't fit for you. Better to quit for someone that is hesitating about his investments without proper research.
