Not sure if they have indicated otherwise, but no one has the programs yet, no pool will be functional until wallets are released, which is yet to happen.

"yet" has to be many hours ago Cheesy, we heard two more hours twice or 3 times already..so really unprofessional Team and such a bad start without wallet prepared..

this shitcoin is a degradation and an affront to the actual LTC base principles.

My favorite part is when they told everyone to fork responsibly, but literally the only way to attain your Litecoin Cash was to fork irresponsibly by having your coins at an exchange... Seems like shady inside shenanigans happening on the exchanges part. It's been more than 24 hours since the "fork", and no one has access to their forked coins with the exception of those brilliant users who forked via exchanges

LOL  Cheesy Grin Tongue   OMG too funny... I just realized this exchange is a Russian site...?

You guys aware that "YOB" in Russian, is... "The F-Word"...?   Grin Grin Grin

So the NAME of this exchange, is... literally... in hybrid Russian&English... Yob-it... or... "Fuck It"  Grin Grin Grin

Look at the header on their official Twitter account.

https://twitter.com/YobitExchange

Super classy folks these guys.

Ha... well, all considered... I suppose it could've been *worse*... LOL

Of course also they're using "plausible deniability" by coloring the name/word as "Yo-Bit" i.e. emphasis on the "bit" and to presume "yo" is just like English greeting "hey" or something like that.

But I'd wager the name is still intentional Yob-It anyway.  Hilarious.  Tongue

the devs want tot make $12Million out of trades on YoBit.

good luck with that.
maybe should have offered a coin that had:

A) a bit of development update at launch
B) WALLETS

need i say any more?

STOP SPAMMING Angry

Spam?

i post once ins 48 hrs and it's spam?

i've done a 13hr work day and sat in the hotel bar for 6 hrs before i post and you call it spam?

THE DEV's DON"T EVEN HAVE A WALLET

not spam.

First of all, you are annoying people around with your BIG font!
Second, why you following this thread if you think that it's scam or something else? Just relax!

my BIG font is there to serve as a warning to anyone who thinks that putting money into this scam is a good idea.

One alert is enough. Just imagine that other people also have a brain the same as you))
For example, i'm following it to start mining. And it really irritates when someone constantly writes with big font.

Thanks for your efforts but those of us fortunate enough to be able to read can manage just fine with a 10pt regular font in black!

So I downloaded the bootstrap file, extracted it to C:\Users\<NAME>\AppData\Roaming\LiteCoinCash
in winbloze.  The file size is 11,609,447KB
My wallet now says that it is indexing block on disk, currently at 4 years 33 weeks behind.
Is that right, or
Why does it seem that the bootstrap.dat isn't doing a thing?

The last time I built a block explorer, synching it took 7 days, but it was a much larger chain.
This coin was announced Feb 3rd. They had all that time to "sync" a block explorer based on the LTC blockchain prior to the fork and then all they would have had to have done is let it catch up with maybe the last days worth or something.

Yeah, this true. They had al the time..

If you look in the folder where you have the bootstrap, you'll see things happening. It has to index the entire Litecoin chain, and then all the post fork blocks. It takes a while, even with a bootstrap.

I just gave up and went with the torrent. I have 2/3rds of it in tenish minutes.

How much time it takes? And why we have downloaded the bootstrap then? It will fasten?
