i honestly don't have a trading strategy  because iam a long term holder because i believe in crypto currencies and the vision behind them so the time downtrending i hold and in the uptrend i still hold tried trading but it didn't work will for me so i hold my coins because i believe of what they can do in the future

panic sell sometimes isn't so bad and to save our money from huge loss then panic sell would be good options to cut our losses however in my opinion when downtrend happened usually i would sell all of my bitcoin and my altcoins to avoid lost and wait a little longer to see the price dropped to bottom and decide to buy back and hold until the price recover again sometimes this method working well for me to recover my previous loss in trading
