We have different advice that we give to other people  now, but most of the common advice that we give is don't panic because the is the number 1 reason why the market are falling and if all people are relax and hold the market will rise again.

Long term trades is the best options for us to bare in mind now, since market was still trying to recover the price corrections. That situation wasn't easy to handle, and patience is strongly needed in order to survive the current crash. Just sit and relax have a sip of coffee or tea, and don't ever panic when there's minimal fluctuations because volatile market always happen eventhough price starts to pump.

Probably one of the best advices that I have seen in some time and yet it is quite simple, people worry too much about this market and if that is the case then they probably made the mistake of investing too much money in this market, money they could not really afford to lose but for the rest of us this is the perfect opportunity to relax, since the price is not going to move much anyway in the next months.

I do not think we need to rest. This is a time where we should be highly focused to see what direction the market will go in the future. In the process of getting rich, you are not allowed to rest or self-elevate. We need to maintain focus and that will make your work unconquerable.

Over all that crypto is going high and thats normal thing if something going very high will goes down. We just need to stabilize the price then we can ride it to the moon again.

Well I don't call it a crashed because it's a definitely normal correction on the market if you notice all the market are down like forex and stocks. So don't call it like crash, the end or what so ever because it is a normal correction.

The advice given in the OP may seem to be extreme but I think it is the only way for some people to keep holding their coins in this market, and coincidentally I have seen similar advice in many books about trading, sometimes the best thing to do is to stay away from the market since you are not in your best form to make money out of them or simply the conditions in the market are so bad that making money is impossible.

what can be done besides waiting now? the value of assets that we have now goes down a lot, if we sell then we will lose. it will take a long time to return the capital we have. at least the rest of this year, hopefully there is good news from bitcoin, even though it doesn't have to reach @ 20k.

That is not enough, you need a lot more than that, probably the thing that many are lacking is knowledge, many invested in this market just because they saw an opportunity in the market and not because they have any knowledge about how this market works and this is one of the biggest mistakes any investor or trader can make since you should never invest in something you do not understand.
