Regarding the first question:

Users will decide which project to join.
And our team will decide what is the pool of projects to choose from.

Presumably more accurate answer would be that user has a bit easier to decide in which project to participate in, because we will provide all the due dilligence we could come up with. All with be shared with the community. And EQUITokens is the only way to participate.

Hello. Yes, there is another ICO but we were advised by our crypto advisors that their ICO appears to have failed and the project looks to have stalled last year. The key for us was that we have the Ethereum token “EQUI”.

If you look at the whitepaper there is a group of investment analysts that will view projects and assess funding.

The team want good returns just as much as you do so they will not just go to first bidder, but will work with companies they think will provide a good return. More detail is in the whitepaper
