I agree to stop listening to false news specially of you just read it in social media but the problem is even some giant companies are broadcasting fake news. It is really jard to determine what is real and what is fake.

The market will always react to information regardless of being fake or not. That is how trading works we just need to take advantages of the dips that caused by these FUD.

If the news is release on a relieble or popular source Then it is a 100 percent legit but if the news only came out on social medias and forums like bitcointalk then it is likely to be fake or hoax. fake news or fuds dont even have an effect to the market at all. i also believe that majority of people would not even care about the news regarding on bitcoin or any other cryptocurencies because they only care about bounties and free money.

How can you explain now that bitcoin is now slowly recovering? I think people doesn't believe in fake news now. A lot of people are still trusting bitcoin and now we see the bitcoin is now rising again, and I don't regret the time that I buy bitcoin when the last time bitcoin is in the dips.

It was already banned in China back in September 2017.   All trading platforms suspended trading in September.   Anyone from China who still trade Crypto must be using foreign platforms.   Sure, they reported that China added all crypto exchange sites to Great FireWall.   So what?  These people have VPNs!   When I was in China, everyone who visits foreign sites use VPNs.   Yes, China banned VPN as well a long time ago.   So what?  Everyone is still using it.   Just like ignoring the traffic light is illegal in China, but at every intersection, you will see people ignore the red lights... the truth!   Just because it is "illegal", does not mean no one will do it.   

So just this (one) news of China banned Crypto, it was repeatedly used to crash the Crypto market (4 or 5 times).   Do not fall for it!
1.  Summer 2017, China banned ICO.
2.  September 2017, China banned crypto trading.
3.  November or December?  China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4.  January 2018.  China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5.  Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"...  (Really?)

So what is next?

From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down.   The sad thing is, people are falling for it.   The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened.   Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.    

The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news".   Use our brains.   Not hearsay from yellow journalism.   It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.  

Thats the best way to do .You dont just listen and believed if you really dont know whats the main reason and how did it happened. You have to be optimistic in everything you do in life .Just like doing bitcoin you have to face all challenges like holding your coins or it become turns into lower value.

Especially a beginner who hold a lot of bitcoin individually, false news that created to manipulate people who hear it , expecting them to sell their Bitcoin while actually the smart one buying it at low. The pump with this kind way seems a little bit scammy but that's the business model nowadays.

I am a bit skeptical about the whole thing because i haven't heard the Chinese government come out to denounce that they are indeed not going to ban bitcoins. If they are not they should come out.

for me this news is a war strategy to weaken currencies because the world has a point of view will drop the means of payment like money at this time. I hope the news is not true do not affect investors to keep buying bitcoin. Hopefully bitcoin continues to evolve, changing for the better goal progress

Not just any minister he is the Finance minister of India Mr Arun Jaitley and more about what he told in his speech was that India would study about the blockchain technology and will target citizens those who have large amount of cryptocurrencies and haven't declared their income in crypto and moreover it as all about how the government can tax us crypto users in India.

I`ll also tell that some authorities are actively using this strategy nowadays and they even do this in a very open manner: for example some members from the government just tell publicly in unofficial way their opinion with that FUD about hard time that will occure to the BTC and this wait all crypto in the nearest future - than prices go down. And then all knows what happens)
Regulators do not want to regulate crypto because they all have their profits from it! So we have to be more used to this custom situations.

When the fake news was raised, there are many opportunities for all to gain profit. Whales can buy the dip, news portal gets more money because of their site traffic, and only panic sellers who losses their money.

The problem is that there is no real credible source for crypto news. I guess Forbes is good, but a lot of these mainstream news agencies reporting about crypto don't know who is a real expert and not. James Altucher is a good example of it. Plus, most people believe anything that says they are a news agency on the internet.

True. Unfortunately, here on the internet there are too much “fake news”. You can access any kind of information you want to read but, at the same time, there are so few that really compare and check the veracity of the info.
We all have been receiving too much news about China, and, in my opinion, China has indeed a  strong influence in BTC, but not because its politics, but because they, apparently, have the bigger power in mining. Now, all news (included yours) need to be verified.

The interesting point about China I believe is the trust. If china says “BTC is no longer safe”, a lot of people (newbies in the crypto world) maybe feel uncomfortable with BTC. Then, the people begin with the panic selling, and the prices fall down. So China has become something like the ambassador of bad news, just to have some control and create panic.
If China, Russia, EEUU, or whatever place you can recall said “BTC is the best investment ever”, then tons of new users will come into the BTC´s world.

So yes, news matter. Even if they are not real. They just MATTER.
If China stands silent, then a lot of speculation news will appear. So, even when all of us made a tremendous effort in stopping talking about China, those are the kind of news that affects to the market. And they are going to be still happening in every aspect.

What can we do? Just educate people in a free way, and in an understandable one. I believe too much people want to go into the Crypto world but they are scared. Then they need to be informed, so the next time they see “China …(followed but some bad news about Btc)”, they can stand skeptic.

There is so many news around some of them is positive and some are negative but most them is manipulative. There is a purpose of making that news so I mainly make a research after I read some article if it is important for me.

Many people who want to spread false news or what we call fudders are spreading bad news over the internet about bitcoin so they can return bitcoin again at a lower price so exactly what happens now because you see a bitcoin decrease of about 60% $ 30,000 to $ 10,000 because of news this and so many investors panicked or rode the news so affecting the bitcoin value of many who do not trust with this news they just want to get more profit.
