False news spread very fast in the market. I think there are some middleman who wants to get benifit by spreading the false news. I think there is nothing worried about the false news. We should verify the news first the we should took the decission. We have to remember there are thousands of good news in the market but nobody spread it like false news. So, dont worry about it. Sometimes false news makes the people panic. Unfortunately we live in a world now where if you heard it somewhere on the Internet it has to be true. You are completely right that in the past couple of weeks there has just been story after story about bitcoin.
Funny as many big investors missed out on the rapid climb of crypto currency values. I would not be surprised if they get involved now that the value has been driven down by FUD.

The unfortunate part is some people like to believe fake news. The problem is that so many people are not doing their own research.
