Yes, it is great time to buy bitcoin, because the actual rate is low and if you are planning to hold BTC for long term, you will make good earning surely when the price go up again after some time. Almost all experts said that Bitcoin's price is going to increase highly in long term, so buy now since its cheap and hold.
Besides if we sell now we will just participate in the panic selling which is causing the dump. Yeah the market price really looks bad but if we just wait. Bitcoin will recover because many will still invest in it especially now that the price became low. whenever that is a drop it becomes a good time to buy bitcoin, buy the dip and all. and whenever there is a huge drop it becomes an awesome time to buy bitcoin because after a big drop there is no way to go but up.
but remember that the risk is still there. the price may still fall below want you have bought. and if you don't buy there is still a risk that price goes a lot higher and you be left behind. if you accept these risks then invest.

I agree with you, buying Bitcoin at cyrpto currency’s current state is big risk especially when your will be pulling your capital from your personal funds. The banning of Bitcoin widely by large countries extremely affected the value of Bitcoin. However, more from us are still hoping that it will regain its value in the future as a better crypto community might arise

Its never late for investments. Long term investors always buy when the price is low. Maybe we should also buy bitcoin when the price is low. I am not sure if the time is great, but it is really the period when you should better buy than sell any crypto, including sure, Bitcoins. Wait several days more, and BTC price will jump up, so if you had some intentions to get coins, do it now. |

If you are looking for long term investment then it is great time to buy bitcoins as the prices have dropped sue to correction therefore now you can buy bitcoins at low rates and in few months bitcoins will recover from this drop like it has from every other drops in the past.

I think it is a good time yes , im not saying it isn't gonna go lower. But if you buy now and hold it for a year or more then i think you will have profit at that point.
