It was a great time to buy Bitcoin even for a short-term investment. But if we are talking about a long-term one then I think any buy below $50k is a good buy.
It doesn't matter for what reasons Bitcoin went down this time because there always will be some "reasons" for going up or down since BTC has always been a highly volatile currency and it will remain this way in the foreseeable future. Imo it can become stable only when all the people who can potentially have it will have it, but we are far from that point right now.

Every dip is good point to buy Bitcoin. It rised much but has still good growing potential. Bitcoin is good for profit, but I think there are other alternative cryptocurrencies that can grow much better. I think Ethereum is better choice of currency in this moment.
