Also i am confused as to hold or sell the coins.The coins which i possess are at its initial stages so will its value increase with time or should i sell it now.Two of the coins are REBL and EQL.

For newbie only:
1. Check your alcoin list on CoinmarketCap (CMC) or not ( normally when list to exchange it will list on CMC 1-2 day later) -> check which exchange already list this token -> choose exchange will sell your token
2. Register user on that exchange, transfer token and sell

Note: When token list to big exchange as Binance, Houbi, Okex...price will higher than other exchange, so you can consider to wait or sell on small exchange.

Go check it on coinmarketcap and check the token that you want to sell, usually it will show which market that sell/buy the tokens. If no information about it, that means the token is not on exchange yet. You can check on decentralized exchange like idex and forkdelta too.
