I don't really know how to explain it. I broke no rule worthey of a permanent suspension. The only rule I've ever broken on the site was when I asked for a tip outside of spam channel after I ripped all my bits. After I did that I got a mute and I payed its bail off. I haven't broken another rule other than that. The only explanation is that I was pissed off when I lost everything and while I was waiting for another deposit to go in, said something like "I lost my life savings" or something stupid. He most probably banned me out of the fact that he truthfully thinks I'm an addict who spent my life savings, when in actuality I just want some more entertainment.

Just to be clear, I'm not Daniel nor represent bustabit in any shape or form. I know nothing of your situation other than what was posted in this forum, however, I do know enough to know that generally when someone takes gambling from a fun activity to thinking they can beat a luck-based game it's not particularly healthy.

Out of curiosity, was your gambling ban self-requested? As it seems like a reasonably common pattern at a casinos, a person requests a permanent self-exclusion due to their gambling problem, then later want to gamble and then tries to reverse it by trying to raise as much problems as possible. No sane casino will ever reverse a permanent self-exclusion because besides being unethical, if the person then does come and lose money they start bitching about how they should be reimbursed for their loss because the casino didn't honor their self-exclusion and took advantage of their known gambling problem etc.

Look you may have some sort of vengeance against Daniel, which is understandable each person to its own nobody will tell you what you could feel. However the problem here is that you are trying to lay that problem to everyone, and act as if daniel is doing this to everyone. I mean you gotta face it, we have been gambling here for YEARS and we never had problems. We never had any problems when RHavar was managing it, we never had any when danny took over.

Devans has been one of the most utmost great owners of any casino I have ever seen with his constantly being fair and also quite active here as well. You have your own problems with him and I hope you take care of it, but you gotta stop acting like he is doing the same thing to all of us. One thing that happens with me .... I will bet an amount on manual bet and then it will work for a few bets and when the higher multiplier come.... and I cash out early at a high multiplier.. it will hang a bit and crash... without registering my "cashout" command.

I do not know if my connection to the server "time-out" when I do not respond for a longer period ...when it runs up a higher multiplier or if it is something else. (I sometime have to refresh the browser... because it looks as if it is losing the sync to the actual draw)

You don't have to offend anyone. Lots of people have a gambling problem, and losing savings is the first step to becoming addicted and getting into financial trouble. When the casino hears of something like this, it is legally bound to block the user's account. This is regulated by law. If they didn't, they might be in trouble. I think this is just a misunderstanding that will surely be cleared up after contact with support.
