The focal point of my post was to get unbanned entirely since the initial ban reason was completely objectively false by Daniel, however if I have to settle for just getting my money back that it what I'll take. The owner is reluctant to see the evidence that his ban reason was false which in my opinion just proves my case. I'll even give YOU my bank statements to prove the amounts I play with are affordable. (Just put your email next response).

According to bustabit's TOS, the only documented cause for ability of the owner to legally forfeit accounts as he so chooses, are ones which are dormant for 2+ years. In any other case, according to not only the BAB TOS, but also to the governing and statute of Curaçao , closing accounts or indefinitely locking a user's funds is prohibited.

If you pick anything up from the TOS that I missed that suggests otherwise, let me know in response.

I wasn't lying but just pointing out to the user Klidex what Daniel was stating just 3 days ago : I just quoted a post that Daniel himself re-proposed just a few days ago so it is quite clear he is still on the same stance.

For something to be "objectively false" it can't involve any sort of opinion.  In Devans view, you are a problem gambler.  That's not objective, it's subjective.  Obviously you can disagree with his definition of problem gambler (which could easily be different than yours) or that you fit his definition, but that doesn't make it objectively false.  You simply disagree with his opinion.  Which is fine.  But it's his site, not yours.  So it doesn't really matter if you disagree.

So, unfortunately, the focal point of your post is pointless.

On a serious note. I don't have any experience with this platform. However, based on the verdict of my friend who previously was a member of this platform, the user experience is below the belt. Also, on this forum, I can see bad reviews for this site. Therefore, I would request everyone to be vigilant and not become victims of any potential scam or loss.

The platform has a reputable owner who is so responsive here, I believe if the negative reviews we see carried some weight, maybe he would have negative tags by now like it is the case with 1xbit, but his reputation seems pretty clean.

Also, some negative reviews are just malicious until they prove that they have been scammed.

Your incessant insistence on playing here — making tens of accounts, sending emails begging for "mercy", harassing players on the website, and making unfounded scam accusations — only serves to prove that you are indeed a problem gambler. The behaviour you have exhibited in this thread confirms Daniel's suspicions beyond a reasonable doubt. Accept your ban and leave, there are other casinos out there.

Twisting this situation to impugn bustabit's reputation (which happens to be spotless, and I've personally witnessed multi-million dollar withdrawals several times) is ironic, because all you're doing is showing that Daniel cares about the law and/or players' well-being, which is incredibly rare for crypto casino operators. Kudos to him for putting in the time.

Most people in his shoes wouldn't care about protecting you and would happily let you lose the rest of your life savings.

I never slandered bustabit in form of legitimately calling it a scam telling people to not join because of it. Also, name one player i've "harrased" on the website. Go ahead, I'll wait.

When i login the next day to see if my deposit got confirmed
THERE IS NO DEPOSIT AT ALL AS IT HAS BEEN DELETED FROM OWNER
send a ticket to solve it , and owner that there was not any deposit and the address of deposit has changed
He tries to fool me , but how can i be fooled when i made over 100 deposits and know how bitcoin work very well  

You can make a same site for 500$ so dont be fool to play there as you will be scammed 100% from this predator

A provably fair system cannot cheat without detection. That's the whole point of being provably fair: Anyone including yourself and anyone reading this thread can independently verify bustabit's fairness without taking my word for it.

By calculating the SHA256 hash of each game you can verify that they are part of a chain and therefore predetermined, meaning they could not have reacted to how you bet. By calculating the corresponding multiplier for each game's hash you can verify that bustabit actually used the advertised reference function. And finally you can analyze this reference function to verify that the house edge is indeed 1%.

As I explained to you at length and multiple times in response to your support request, bustabit can only credit Bitcoin transactions sent to your deposit address after they are confirmed by the Bitcoin network. If a transaction does not send to your deposit address and/or is not confirmed by the Bitcoin network, bustabit has not received any money and cannot credit anything to your account. For details refer to your support request (the one in which you're threatening to post bad reviews every day if I don't pay you 😉).

Sweet. A slight tangent, but it'd probably worth making an /invest-calculator that allows you to plug in a few variables:

* bankroll
* how much you are investing
* assume bankroll is static or not (i.e. if investors keep taking profits)
* average daily turn over
 (and more??)

And gives you the average outcomes of the investment. As it's basically a calculation that investors all repeatedly need to keep making to figure out if it's worth investing or not. And it'll probably make investors more responsive, as it's a lot easier to see expected outcomes.

Did you then proceed to make that calculator? If it's the case I'd like to have a chance to try it.

As I explained to you at length and multiple times in response to your support request, bustabit can only credit Bitcoin transactions sent to your deposit address after they are confirmed by the Bitcoin network. At some point, we grow in maturity to the level that we take everything and react to them adequately as possible regardless of who is coming from and why, as a manager or sale representative this is one skill you need to develop to suicide in real life because as you meet people you discover differences in character and behaviour but for you personal well being you have to relate and react to them accurately and professionally.
