Etherdelta Is Broken

Sometimes when attempting to withdraw from etherdelta I have to undergo a very long delay before it's processed.  Haven't had the same type of issues with Bittrex or Binance.

Use smart contract method, you won't be paying unnecessary fees. Sometime ago I was trying to withdraw from ED always got some kinda error, paid around 15$ in fees for failed transactions. Then used this smart contract method and withdrawn successfully at cost of some cents.

Their API is also down, Blockfolio & Delta cannot retrieve price data.

We need a decent alternative. IDEX sucks.

TRADE VOLUME - 0%  

Just a heads up - the Trade Record Window shows trades executed over 30 hours ago and nothing new.

Also is NOT recording trades after your order has been executed so you have no record of BUY and SELL prices and amounts. Makes it a pain in the ass to keep track of what you are doing if you are doing a lot of trades.

Also gives this error no matter what "You cannot trade this order because it already traded. Someone else already traded this order and the order book hasn't updated yet."

So you can BUY tokens, yet you can't use the SELL order book to sell anything which I am sure is making a ton of people get screwed like myself. Probably just lost $1k which is a lot for me.

Anyone know how to fix this shit? In the meantime I would advise to stay FAR away. I'm in Github chat for ED and it seems many of us are facing this error issue. And their is no word about anything from ED (like usual). And with ED's twitter being suspended this is just fucking great.

The exchange is broken for more reasons than that. I try to avoid it, but if there is no alternative, I am using it.

same thing everywhere, it's too slow and too many failed transactions. For me, Idex is better than ED.

How about forkdelta? I don't wanna use ED but for now we don't have much alternatives. I've read they've forked ED but still use the same smart contract after the hack has happened.

Forkedelta was experiencing many of the same problems as etherdelta over the last week, however, in the last 2 days Forkedelta seems to have resolved all of the problems and is working like a pro, while etherdelta is still suffering from all the same issues.

The Etherdelta is bad now, I don't like using the Etherdelta, unless there is no other place to go.

It's not a good system, it's really slow.

I think Etherdelta has been down for a considerable time already. I advice everyone to stay away from the decentralized exchange for now. There is a high risk that your private keys will be put into danger and known by some hackers. But I think the people behind Etherdelta is very much aware of it and that they are already making steps to fix everything as soon as possible. A 2.0 version of their decentralized exchange is underway. That's what I have read somewhere.

I just left wondering what happened to the cryptomarket that i adored but things turned ugly (if i am not wrong) after the market was being hacked. It's been my first cryptomarket that i used to trade my coins from airdrops. Etherdelta will never be the same again if these issues will not be resolved.

Yes, but they are usually super quick to add new projects as soon as they are tradeable. Volume is still pretty low on most pairs though, but picking up.

Ok, I will see once my tokens WSPU2 are owned by many people.
Once people will see then they make profit,people will trade them.

I don't think anyone likes EtherDelta. Apart from being hacked it is often laggy and always inconvenient. But until a competitor arises that lists new ERC20 coins as often and as quickly, it will continue to be used.

What is that? I don't even hear about the name of fork delta? Is this kind of forking decentralized exchange to make other fork decentralized exchange? That's pretty odd.
since etherdelta raised a lot of money from ico and then the team was disappearing and closed all of the features of etherdelta itself. Many people complains about the same problem. it looks they are wanna making another new dex again i meant rebranding etherdelta to the new brand.
