You have to collect on the 17th if you have made at least 50 posts that month. If you have 30 posts then those would be rolled over towards the next 17th and if you make another 20 posts you'd make the 50 requirement for min payment.

Actually he is wrong. If you get more than 50 posts before the 17 of November then you have to get paid on 17 of November and start all over. If you get less than 50 posts then you wait till December.
