I'm not Stunna, so his ways are unknown to me, but in my opinion one of the most objective measures of assessing a post's value ("constructiveness" in local speak) is "quotation index", i.e. how many times your post (be it a question or an answer) has been answered/quoted...

Are there different values to posts, or is it either an accepted post or not, if that's what you meant?

Remain patient. Stunna has a lot of people to deal with and it could take awhile to look through everyones posts. There's no priority. Therefore , you could be at the top of the list or at the bottom. After you have sent on PM that should be enough.
