He posted in this thread that it would take him a few days.   It may take a little longer this month, since it has come to his knowledge that people have been trying to scam him for additional BTC.   He will  probably need to check more into people's post counts, which is obviously time consuming...

24 hours past and looks like nobody received the payment
and I don't think we can all get paid in next 24 hours but it's doesn't matter
Stunna has lots of work to do, give him more time.

I think Ritz does though, or at least he has a bot tallying and sending payments out. Whilst I'm not doubting there might've been users who switched the sigs, maybe this guy saw people swapping from this deal to ritz as some did after they sent the payment request in, or he's just trolling. The names should be publicly revealed and evidence shown though. I'm sure other users could confirm or deny whether they saw people with different sigs.
