It really wouldn't be logical for Stunna to give trust to everyone he's paid out only because they really didn't prove they are trustworthy in such a way to warrant the rating.

I guess the posts you made after reaching full member rank will be counted towards the full member's rate, but I am not 100% sure.

So long as you have the formatting tags in your signature then it will update as you progress through the member statuses. With regards to the prospective new PrimeDice sig, well you will start to notice other sporting that design when it is released

It would be cool if Stunna also gave trust feedback in return, but we really are not risking anything. He is paying us to do something we would be doing anyway - i.e. posting on the forum. Uh huh. And if he didn't pay one month, what would you say? Because rest assured the response here would not be positive. "Hey, you're not risking anything, you're doing something you would do anyway?' Let me know how that works out for you. Hey, if you don't want to do the signature deal, don't do it I'm sure you can ask for feedback from others. Feedback should be earned, not just "forced" trust. If Stunna wants to leave feedback, great. If Stunna doesn't want to leave feedback, it's not the end of the world. If you don't like taking this "risk" you are talking about, don't take it.

You can always move over to Ritz if feedback is all you want as he seems to leave it for people regularly. Something tells me his won't mean as much though .

As we know, Stunna is on the trusted list and therefore his trust can significantly contribute to making or breaking a board member's reputation here at Bitcointalk. He can't go dishing them out willynilly, only for reserved cases whether it be positive or negative trust.
