But this is one of legit in last 9 months no one have any serious concern about his payment and others in start have many concerns and problems

There are some campaigns that pay out at higher rates but limit to x number of posts per week or month. It all depends on your posting activity.

I would describe PrimeDice as a campaign that is suitable for if you want paying every time you make at least 50 posts per month. It is best suited to those who make a few hundred posts per month.

He'll probably get banned looking at his posts, not to mention it's very doubtful he or anyone else will get paid from the deal he's on so it's doubly futile.

UpDown are supposed to have a limit of 60 participants, but having just checked their current list they have 69 people enrolled.

I have been tempted by UpDown before but have stayed true to PrimeDice with belief that it will pay off in the long run. Plus I believe in the service that PD offers, whereas I'm not too clued up with UpDown.
