Stunna I first tried to claim my payment which I was able to submit. Then when I tried to re-enroll it just has a continue button that asks for payment verification again. Since there was no submit button after the re-enrollment I filled I ended up filling it out twice so that I could submit my re-enrollment status. I'm not trying to ask for 2 payments, so just be aware of my duplicate payment entry.

The payment form asks for the enrollment post so I'm going to make an enrollment post again this month in case it's needed and you just forgot to mention it in the OP.

There is absolutely no need for that , if anything goes wrong u have ur post from the last month .
He made this to avoid things like spaming it here and his pm, and to be easier for us to claim and no need to re enroll every month and also for him coz now he will have excel sheet to tell him how much he needs to send and no need to go throu loads of PM .

As long as you dont spam you are fine. I personally feel that you should rather take care about mods banning you than Stunna not paying you.

If they are constructive post and not junk/spam or off topic, of course they count also if you have more than one reply in a single topic.

Yes, you have to enroll with the new form, but only once. I'm sure Stunna will post an updated list of people who correctly signed up soon.

No, they don't have to be in 'new' topics, and you can make multiple posts in threads as long as you're not double/triple/quadruple posting etc.
