Yes, yobit is not known for its fast support. But can you explain more about your issue? Did you lost money because of yobit (for example, they don't process a withdrawal, etc.)?

What's the subject of your issue with Yobit ? Did you lose your money there ?
Most of the accusation claims mentioned in first comment against Yobit didn't get solved . No one has a connection to yobit and nothing to do against it but to report them .
Yobit is known by not taking care at all to build the good reputation and this is why it's always adviceble to not using its service definetly.

This is not the best place to contact yobit support, There account here is not always online and I believe only Yahoo is very close to Yobit administrator since he manages crypto talk signature campaign but yahoo will
never connect you to the admin to tell your issue since it's out of his business as a manager. It's better to chat with them via email. It's really a slow process but they are really responding every day. I have 1 active support ticket too due to my missing xrp from them. I'm still waiting for there solution but they always update me daily via mail.

When I had issues with Yobit, I've found out that
- support tickets are processed slow or never
- asking them on twitter attracts scammers and one has to be extra careful
- asking on a daily basis in the shoutbox on their platform can, sooner or later, attract the attention you need.

I don't know though if it's the case for you if 2 employees have already processed it, but it's still an idea.

What you need to do is to login and submit ticket to yobit support. They did respond to my tickets, you make it clear when you write to them. Don't get it wrong, I used google translate so they can understand. You can try that too. Maybe people in cryptotalk.org can help as well, they have been talking to newbies who had experience trouble in the exchange and had helped users.

As I know now is very hard to get an answer from there. I do not understand why they left that part. Connection and feedback from his customers are very important.

Yobit has always had very poor customer support. The owner never bothered to care about complaints because the only thing that matters is efficiency of the operation.

If an exchange has been consistently bad throughout the years in terms of customer support, who should we blame, yobit or the users who complain about bad customer support? I personally go for the latter. A quick search on Google would expose the insane number of complaints across various social media platforms. It's basic level reasearch you can do yourself.

at the moment i am still in the process of asking 1x a day in the shoutbox. other ways have been unsuccessful so far. and no in the ct forum i haven't tried... i wouldn't have done that either. basically i already got 2x an answer but it was always only superficial and was far away from a solution. here was only tried to win time with a standard answer. since i asked there is radio silence. but i don't give up and keep you here up2date Smiley

thanks for the tip LTU_btc. i have been using the shoutbox for some time every day. from now on i also try to mark the support staff and if they are online with luck maybe that should help. so far there was no news but i remain persistent and am curious whether this year will still be something. fear almost they do not want to solve my problem and therefore the ticket has been around so long unsolved Lips sealed but I'm not giving up Grin
