I have sat here for hours and followed all the instructions clearly - to no avail I have also tried to register at coin ex

bit of a joke really
With all this grief I may offer an alternate build with the additional nodes pre-packed

PLEASE As I do want to continue mining this coin But want to sort the wallet first

I'm giving it a shot in my spare time.  The repo by the original dev isn't forked from Bitcoin's source, so I am trying to diff AsicCoin's source with Bitcoin's so that I can fold in updates from them.

at first I put the file in the wrong roaming folder. I found one for windows and after some digging I found the proper folder.

create a new doc, open it, copy nodes in the files. file > save as, asiccoin.config (NOT .conf), save as all files, restart client.

This should work for you, I tried to do this for a while and then I noticed the extension on the file I was making was wrong. try that

The easiest way to get there is probably to open explorer (Windows Key + E), then enter "%appdata%\asiccoin" as the address.  That's a shortcut to your user's appData/roaming/asiccoin folder

Using
https://www.miningpool.co/
for mining.

Few hours ago, when I had 20 GHs on my machines, it was showing close to 10 GHs on their servers.
Now it's close to 19+ GHs on the server.

Any way to fix from my end? or is this normal?

Seems to be rising again. Someone needs to take this coin over. It has lots of unrealized potential.

Well all the peeps with large hoards should form a community and drive it. Start with getting more exposure on other exchanges (presently just at coinex). All those with 100K ASC, then now is your time to shine.

Ugliest fricken logo/icon for a coin I've ever seen. What kind of community would let this stand surely you guys can hire a graphics designer and pay them in asiccoin... jeez so ugly

I've forked the source so that I can build the qt client with a better set of nodes built in.

Keep the anarchy symbol but make it more streamline. less activity in the logo. like the anarchy symbol w no jagged edges no multiple pointless items n the backdrop. maybe silver A w blue backdrop on a coin of course Smiley I'll donate 10k asc
