to find out what a good coin is by looking at teams, websites, whitepapers and travel plans that they all make, if they make a good project and nayata is sure the coin is good and potential.

But how quickly can that change? What if today is one way - tomorrow is another way? Or should one check it ever after getting into it?

too difficult in choosing a good coin or token. but my friend always chooses coins or tokens that have fluctuations or rapid up and down movements, with high price and low price having large interval spacing. (Its rekomended for trading I think).

Everything needs to be studied and clarified first, you can't find a good project immediately, because you need to know more about it.

Unfortunately there is no single answer to this question. There exists many ways by which you can analyze an ICO. first step is to read the whitepaper and see if the idea presented is something that can solve some problem or will benefit the community members. See the team behind the ICO, chances of success are bright if there is working prototype available.

Well for me a good coins was always in top 5 of chart in coinmarketcap. Also you can choose to invest you could see if its on the red line you could buy and sell and if you invest in long term you could buy btc, eth, or etc. You should research to find out what crypto money is going to be good in the future.
