This is a great idea! I think in the next decade it will come to this, first the terminals, then our churches will reach the bitcoins.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think bitcoin has an unstable value, but has a high conversion price so that it has bitcoin at its peak price, they can use it to provide the needs in the church.
This is the first best of all is comfort for the church for their followers.

That's good to hear, doing charity is one of the most wonderful feeling. I just hope the church knows about btc value , it's way easier though if you could convert it for them to fiat it'll be more easier, yeah kinda agree above me it's more of a PR than a charity.

The Church is one of the most conservative and unacceptable for anything new organizations in the history of mankind. Church and Bitcoin are just incompatible at the moment

I agree to used bitcoin as a donation for some reasons.

1. People who give great help to the church are becoming increasingly anonymous.

2. It is easier to monitor the entire proceeds and avoid suspicion of having a claim.

3. The transaction is faster and less expensive

This is just my opinion.

#Datarius
yes, i agree with that. especially with the point "anonymous"

And now is Bitcoin used as a donation? I have not yet heard that large charitable foundations accept the crypt as donations. I agree with those who believe that it will not reach the church

This is just one of the options for using Bitcoin. Because it has many more uses, you can pay for anything, donate Bitcoin to any charitable organization, church, private person on his account. Bitcoin is a universal means of payment, which is why it is called digital gold.

whatever it is if it is to be used as a transaction as long as there is a party that uses it, it will be very useful, especially in terms of donations for places of worship. not how much anonymous importance is about giving. but its function can be as an alternative tool in every transaction. that's what I think

This is one good action, if this happens I will support actions like this. And if I have a lot of bitcoin I will follow actions like this and if possible to all religions we contribute this.

But in this situation, bitcoin donation may not be appropriate, everything as an arrangement, and the purpose for this arrangement is probably to advertise bitcoin to more people, it does not mean charitable. Bitcoin is still a technology too alien, we should not apply it for donation, if we want to donate, we can use cash, it makes sense and it is more charitable, the church is a sacred place, should not be turned into a game to advertise

I agree to donate on church. Choose church that really help many poor people especially homeless people help them to teach to heal or to educate them by providing job to back in thier normal lives. We all know that church is has a great impact this is a sign of unity of people to heal thier hearts back again through thier lives its good to donate with that community.

That's really great idea and a very acceptable one. If I have a lot of bitcoin, it would also do something like this. Giving a donation to a church or any charity was a big deal to those who are in middle class but for those who are rich it is only a small thing for them. Blockchain technology will provide us different solutions to the different problems.

In my opinion, there is no harm if bitcoin is used for any transaction. I have never heard that bitcoin is not halal. As long as bitcoin is used for positive transactions so it doesn't matter. Not even used for donations to church development, I have read the news if we can pay zakat using bitcoin. I heard that the country that did this was England. Indeed, bitcoin should be used for positive transactions like this rather than bitcoin being used for negative and criminal transactions. If all bitcoin lovers can use bitcoin for positive transactions then I am sure that in the near future bitcoin can get legal status globally.

As a good benefit of bitcoin to the world's society, it is very good to make bitcoin as donations for the orphans and tonthe indigenous people troughout the world. Because even if there are many good samaritan and world organization that helps needy ones it is also a good part on the bitcoin enthusiast to help even only by some earnings on their cryptocurrency and bitcoins, so that there will be benefit among us and to those people who will help.

You can use bitcoin for any service or organization that can receive bitcoin (with official bitcoin address)
But if you are letting go of your bitcoin, you are forced to check out the exact address of the bitcoin receiver!

Yes, that's a really good idea, now in my country, in Lombok, there has been an earthquake, crypto traders, bounty hunters, investors all donating using crypto. All of this is under the auspices of the crypto currency community in Indonesia.
with this donation it is better, we do not know where the donation came from that they clearly consider from God

Very interesting.  I think it's right to help the church, but to introduce bitcoins into it, while it's wild for me.
