The fees will be fixed at 0.2%, it will be 0.2% of the order's value. The volume won't affect the fees rate, and there won't be any difference between maker-taker.
The trading rules will be the same as centralized exchanges, when you take poloniex, maker's fees are 0.25% and taker's fees at 0.25%, but they are the largest exchange in term of volumes.
Yobit's fees are 0.2% but it is not really famous. The main difference between both exchanges is the service, that's what Exenium will focus on.

Disagree and find this completely to be false. Have you read any news regarding MobileGo, the biggest crowdsale ever? They've used the same model.
Also, you could invest near the end if you are conformable with the total amount that has been raised.
And finally, putting a maximum also implies a centralized decision on the value of each token. I find it better that the market decides the price per token, especially in a project focused on decentralization.

Yes our verification process is designed to be as quick as possible. At first we will have operators manually checking, but eventually with enough data and development, we will be able to introduce a machine learning algorithm which will make verification virtually instantaneous.

We have a cap at 50 million.

For that we have Trader Statuses, which change how the fees work. Higher tiers lower the fee and allow more of it to be paid in XNT. The statuses are generally paid for, but of course we may decide to give them for free for contests or other merits.

Also, to clarify a misconception. Our exchange is centralized, in the sense that the private keys will be held by us. Our goal is to create a competitor to Bittrex/Poloniex and others, combining ease of use with a secure and powerful platform.
