In my opinion to make profit from day trading or hold, we need to have skill and knowledge to avoid the risk. Because hold and day trading have the same risk. When we decide to hold we should be predict the price of the crypto in 6 month to 1 years by use technical analysis and fundamental of the coin. We have to know when best times to hold and for how long, and the best times to start to hold is when that crypto drop to 70% till 90%. But if you want to earn monthly profit you should do day trading.
