The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

It has a good thread in BTT, The Campaign manager is competent and has lots of good feedback on their previous work. The community of the Bounty is welcoming and the admins can answer if you have any doubts about the campaign. Well explained white paper and good presentation, Roadmap is very clear and can really attain its target date of completion.

Great feedback! What about payout?  I've seen anywhere from 0.25% to 2% of total tokens.  How important is this to you?

I think what it important in bounty campaign is to have all the rules communicate clearly. Also, it is important to have a bounty manager who's responsive to the community, as each campaign differ than the other communication would make it easier for both.

Look for the product/services that this ICO has to offer. Does it have a real chance of success? You you might consider reading whitepaper too, join their telegram channel and ask the developers if you have any questions. Check the founder's and developer's background. Are they competent? The roadmap must be clear, short and long term goals are needed.
Lastly, check community's feedback to the project. If they received positive feedbacks - join!

I think that a good bounty company is when: campaign rules are clearly spelled out and do not change, competent bounty manager, and of course generous payouts.

Great feedback often happens in projects with SCAM. But then, when the money is collected, no one answers.

Competent bounty manager. The project is focused on new technologies. Clear rules for the company's bounty. Feedback from the community.

for me is the way how they manage the bounty campaign, bounty manager is the most important thing here, and also check the Ann thread do your own research about the team behind the project read white paper etc, because not all bounty campaign is worth it.

Payouts and process. A manager has to be reliable and communicate very fast to solve many issues.

Well different aspects are important in my opinion I try to put them in my personal order of importance

1 duration, is not worth to do a 7months bounty from the start, cause if it turns out in a scam a lot of work is gone, if you want to join a long campaign w8 some months
2 prize pooln, generally they use 2000+ eth on title but is not the real prize, is based on hard cap and a low % of ico goes to hardcap, I like to see the % when is 3%+ it's very good to join when is 0.5% i pass
3 managering is quite important, the constant update of spreadsheet is important but no essential only if the manager will listen hunters later!
4 I really hate when manager change rules every few days, I have lost stacks for this reason and in future i will never join campaign on the same manager. I will join only if the prize pool is really good.
5 on prize pool look what is your rank/number of follower, for example if a campaign give 1000 stacks for 100k follower. 100 stacks for 50k follower 25 stacks for 10k followers 5 stacks for 5k, don't even join, the whale will take almost everything. (random numbers only to give the idea)

The important thing is try to join the best campaign for your status to get the max advantage, for example if you need a signature campaign, join a campaign with good reward like 30%+ bounty prize pool and maybe weekly payment, with 1 month duration Smiley

I met a lot of ICO, airdrop and bounty companies that behaved unexpectedly.  Some bounty last more than half a year and are regularly paid, but more often the opposite happens. It also happens that ICO, airdrop and bounty which seem completely unsuccessful suddenly become profitable. So the rules should be adhered to, but they do not always work.

Good bounty program always run short period of time because they have raised alot of money before the presale and better check their bounty program allocation if it's big then join their campaign. You should check how the project works in the long run. Be passionate on what you are doing apply some campaign and join their telegram to ask the community if the coin is very useful.

bounty program would be good if managed by a professional manager can certainly give satisfaction to the participants for the project to run smoothly, but the most successful award program can be seen from the ICO project itself, which is capable of having good potential for the future.

I often find the rules in bounty companies - which are difficult to implement and change several times in the process. It's as if it's done on purpose, in order to pay a reward to fewer participants.
