Buddy manually deleted a post of mine regarding some communications with the HK authorities on the 4th of February 2016.

Well the HK police finally got back to me with the depressing news that they were unable charge Black Arrow with theft/fraud despite the fact they lied to get my money and kept it without shipping my order. They (HKPD) advised me pursue civil action against BA unfortunately the cost involved in doing so would meet or exceed the $5k BA stole from me.

I'm completely dismayed a company run by Romanians convicted of internet fraud in the past are able to commit fraud in broad daylight and walk away with their victims money. What a corrupt crock of shit this system we live in is.

I should note that it was $5k USD paid via SWIFT to HSBC account #015-784242-838 on the 25th of November 2013. I also understand that it was BA CFO Mr Daniel ANDRONIC of the City of London who handled my money.

"Matt Carson" (aka Bobsag3),  scammer and partner to Black Arrow, appears to involved in yet another bitcoin mining company "Block C" (http://www.blockc.co/).
This nasty individual has been connected to the theft of of millions in $USD in his previous ventures Minersource (minersource.net) and Oregon mines (oregonmines.com)

Has anyone been scammed by Block C yet?  Are they operating on funds stolen from their customers in previous ventures MinersSource, Oregon Miners & their share of the Black Arrow Prospero scam?
If Block C is to prove its not another scam company created to steal from bitcoiners, then it needs to explained why have they allowed a scammer like Matt Carson (aka Bobsag3) into their ranks?

Block C webstore is very similar design to minersource, and they are currently claim to be selling Avalon6 miners (http://www.blockc.co/products/avalon6-bitcoin-miner).  This is exactly the same method that was used to sell the Black Arrow Prospero miners, and later the fake compensation packs, which only served to take in more money from customers who still thought Matt Carson & Minersource could be trusted to look after them.

http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-battle-scaling-solutions-tnabc-2016/
Matt Carson, of Avalon mining equipment distributor Block C, acknowledges there's a sense of unease in the industry due to what he termed "infighting".

One concern, according to Carson, is that there is agreement that the block size limit, the rule in the code base that caps blocks on the bitcoin blockchain at 1MB in data, is arbitrary, having been enacted by bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto with the implication it would be adjusted later.

"It's disturbing that people who have the same end goal cannot seem to compromise on what is to me a very basic issue," Carson said. "If we were raising the number of coins or changing the block confirmation time it might be understandable."

He further suggested he believes the issue has at least encouraged industry businesses and developers to begin engaging in dialogue, even if this process has been messy.

"If we can get a solution, that will show how resilient bitcoin is. If we can have this level of people at each other’s throats and go on with business, then obviously Satoshi did something right," he remarked.

Why does the North American Bitcoin Conference (TNABC) in Miami continue to allow some of the biggest thieves in North America to speak there?   Angry

Huh. I was not aware he worked for them. I haven't heard anything much negative about BlockC, and they are the official distributor for Avalon miners for North America as far as I can tell.

It is a bit disconcerting that anyone will still hire him.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

Ho well, that's a shame ... we bought many AV6 from BlockC as philipma1957 and Kilo worked together to make all the group buy happen.

We had no issue at all with BlockC.

Talk to Kilo now, he can probably give you a complaint or two about BlockC now.

True. But unfortunately it looks like it wont happen. You've got to hand it to him as a well-played scam, deftly avoiding any responsibility.
