My 2c:

1. Add a clear time-frame in ANN OP and Site. E.g. Pre-ICO on this date for X days. ICO starts on THIS days for X days.

It's very annouing to calculate when exactly is "Token generation event begins in 35days 11hrs 50mins 02secs".

2. Hire an ANN designer from Service section and make the ANN more informative and with 1-2 infographics.
