+ configured project for clion to speed up compilation with incremental builds

+ all network members must update wallet before block 125000
+ masternodes owners should follow masternode setup guide in the #📢announcements from the very beginning
+ reward for masternodes owners might take another round to receive that is about 7-8 days to build up
