🌐 Mark Zuckerberg - The CEO of the largest social network, Facebook, has recently posted on her personal account that he was officially considering to integrate cryptocurrency to his platform.

Facebook can generate its own cryptocurrency easily and integrate it with the current social network platform, just similarly to Steemit. However, the company can either cooperate with some available coins depending on the business goals. With this option, they can skip costly and time-consuming stages.

✔️ No matter what approach it is, Facebook does not only aim at the decentralized platform and Blockchain technology but the also views them as the milestones of development research in 2018. This is the strong evident for a bright future of digital currency.

I think it will be a long journey for Mr Zuckerberg to build his own Crypto. He lives in centralization era. Facebook is the main social media which centralized everything. It will hard to him to adopt the crypto world.
I think it will be easy for him most especially he is very intellectual in this kind of things and also he has many intelligent employees that can help him with this kind of industry. He will gain more participants since he has the most widely used social media app in the world right now and i think it will never be replaced.

Yeah, he will have an easy access to be into cryptocurreny because of course of his background. Well we all know that he created facebook, and almost all people around the world have an account on it. I think it will be good on his part. Especially if he will incorporate facebook to his future cryptocurrency. I will bet that, 80% of facebook users will get to know his future cryptocurrency whom he will create the currency for.

This is another good development for cryptocurrency. If this will materialize Mark will certainly have big impact to the market cap of crypto in general. This will solidify that crypt’s are the future currency which we all are looking forward.

Mark is an open-minded person and I’m not surprise that he has this kind of intentions. More over I’m excited and just hope that it will lift the market after this announcement.

They decided it to make it prohibited to the viewers because maybe the dev has there reason. The dev will maybe just update or explain why is this happening nowadays. We will just to wait on there response about this matter.

Wouldn't be surprised if FB creates an ICO for their own coin if they start accepting crypto. Very cool to hear this though..great read.

I think now I just started to understand why a few time ago FB was blocking a lot of posts about crypto and even hash tags, they thought there will be no concurrency, but in my opinion this idea was doomed to failure. Which person would like to invest in project, which crypto is centralised?

Mark"s intention to wanna get into crypto isn't a new thing as he made the statement on New Year as it is his custom of doing so yearly.

He profits from centralization so building decentralized ecosystem could be tough on him. He can't build a token which will b the fuel of his baby FB,  because crypto is volatile.

But if he attempts, billions of dollars would be raised.

Mark Zuckerberg do not want to be left behind in this trend of financial revolution. He knows if he do not join now some other person will take over. This is a great news.

Facebook is losing popularity every day. Market value is falling. We have also seen problems with snapchat in the previous days.
They are obliged to bring the company to better places through different platforms. So they will support the crypto currencies Smiley

Here's a link to that news. Zuckerberg unlike old billionaire is much more adaptable with changes.

Still I don't believe any mainstream corporation like FB to adopt any of the existing coins.

If FB adopt some kind of crypto, this will be their own coin, make for pure profit.

This is a great thing for bitcoin. After all, in the long run, at least the traditional people have accepted the existence of bitcoin and recognized the value of the virtual currency.

That would be a good one for the Facebook platform and since there is already a product on ground that is doing pretty well, this would be a very good investment.

That is by the way though, the fact that the big players are beginning to look into the integration of cryptocurrency makes it a good one and the fact the cryptocurrencies are here to stay, at least some of them. I am happy for news like this, as this should give some green light to the market.

When Facebook, Google, Amazon and the other big ones will enter the market with their own currencies, it will be the end of cryptocurrencies.
All of them will be completely centralized, but as 99% of people won't understand the difference, the will be accepted.
Very sad: we'll replace fiat money with corporate money.

Sure, they wll make their own coin. After Telegram coins were announced, they simply have to respond to this challenge.  Grin

Thanks a lot for sharing the link. It is really going to be a good one for Facebook with Zuckeberg having such consideration. Integrating it will even bring most of those who make use of Facebook adverts gradually into experiencing the cryptocurrency world and I believe that should create some awareness as people start seeing use cases of cryptocurrencies. I am impressed he is considering this and I expect any fast innovator to anyway.
