Hi there,  the "Green" in the GoChain slogan is referring to that GoChain is greener than Ethereum by using the PoR (Proof of Reputation) model instead of the traditional PoW.  This means there will be no mining involved thus, making GoChain 1000x greener than Ethereum.

I'm sorry but unless oficially announced, there's no comment on exchanges that are possible to be made. The team needs to finalise all the details first and, once it's ready to go public, the community will know.
