Hi there,

Not trying to be whiny, just trying to make sure the program is working properly. I have version 0.3.24. I had a transaction for 12.60 which told me it required a transaction fee of 0.0005 to complete. I clicked OK, and it then charged a .01 transaction fee. Is this a bug?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
