I have noticed that Claymore's dual ethereum topic has been filled with discussions of Blake 2s pools and XVG...none of it is related to the miner as such
I feel is best to have a separate topic instead of hijacking Claymore's topic.

interesting thread, my understanding is Blake-256 is one of the 5 algos in Cryptonight so surely if Vega's are good on Cryptonight they should murder Blake-256 or Blake2

Just doodling with Blake G function for my own understanding...

Now in nlpool, in the Claymore's minner everything is ok, but there is nothing on the page of the poo in my wallet for more than 2 hours.
For 24 hours Uniminning pool sent to my wallet 1/2  (50%) of what I minning yesterday for 20 hours in Nlpool!

NLPOOL was stable... for 2 days. Everything was GREAT. 1st day i got AS MUCH XVG as unimining 2.5 DAYS!

Now nlpool has been probable DDOSed by other pools that steal... or it just grow so much that cannot handle.. but that's not sure.

Cause the pool was ok for some time with 13 TH/s. Now it's 9-10 and there is problems so i guess attacks from others.

NO OTHER POOL IS OK (maybe antmine now.. was overloaded but i dont know about payments).


DONT USE OXO! 100% STEAL of hashpower.

antminepool is stable but it steals about 25-30%

For 3h in nlpool:

B2S - Total Speed: 8718.084 Mh/s, Total Shares: 732, Rejected: 3

In wallet still nothing.

unfortunately continues to be unstable

total net hash has grown SO MUCH that a block comes up every 1-2 hours so need to be patient.

P.S last 2 blocks were ORPHANS unfortunately verge network is just too big for all the NODEs to handle.

Yes, there is a lot of algorithms, but there are no such problems at x17 and there are lots of pools.

Why only blake2s have so 3 Pools?

nlpool works ok now.. i got work etc. unfortunately massive orphans makes us work for nothing... hoprefully a good block now.

Last few days just ahadake...
Long story short.

In past 2 days I tried to mine :
- TAJ - just rejected shares 100%
- MAX - rejected 100% shares
- PASC lite - arround 2 per our, DCR 10 - 3200Mh/s
- XVG - Antminer DCR 50, appx 60 per 24 hour - 8800Mh/s

- Oxo nothing for hours
- Uniminig - tested few coins but problems with connections.

Just convert to NL to test it again, lets see fow few hours.
Any way still need to test Kecak

I'm still mining on NLPool so that mine_phun can still have some customers. Still a huge orphan issue, and honestly i don't know why, as unimining doesn't have that issue. By the way, even with the poor performance on NLPool i believe I'm still earning more coins than those itsi bitsy teeny slices of action on unimining.

mine_phun, once you are stable, you need to intro fee's so you at least see some benefit for all your effort. Secondly, you grew to 14 or 17T in 48 hours, so they will come.

i just tried MAX coin on max on pool: max.thecoin.pw

but the hashrate is 1215 MH/s on 6xrx580, and WTM shows me only 1.1 USD extra on 6xRX580 this makes no sense.


VERGE was 4 USD... not is 2.5 USD still makes sense to do it but below 2 usd is useless.

Was trying nlpool overnight and got definitely good pymt. However, it seems giving too many orphans now that shows it's over again.

At this point, NO pool is safe.  I've tested them all.  NL "was" the best, but i'm not comfortable with mining and not seeing a payout balance, so until there is definitive proof that NL is working perfectly, I will only solo mine ETH or ETC.  

I wont even bother looking at any of the other pools that currently exist.  Neither should any of you guys.  Whether they're stealing or not, the payouts are just complete garbage and you're only wrecking your GPU's.
