I would say both are okay for short term investment. An important fact to note is to be cautions and not be greedy. But most perfect is during a bullish reign as you can invest and make little then you remove your capital and gain. Only a pro can do short term investment with a bearish market because you wouldn't know when the dip will end.

Both are suitable for short time investment. If you invest in bearish market you will surely get profit. But may be you have to wait for a long time. Bullish market can give you profit within a short time. But it is very risky. You have to gain more knowledge before investing. Because in recent situation both are full of high risk. That's why I will suggest for long-term investment.

Why do people even go in for the short game in any sort of market? You're setting yourself up for failure if you're trying to invest in something which is crazily volatile -- bitcoin or any other alt -- and then trying to do it short term which is like trying to time a market which is insanely volatile anyway. People say don't try to time the stock market, let alone trying to time Bitcoin which has literally 'died' multiple times -- https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoinobituaries/ -- and then has came back swinging every single time. Don't go for the short game, you're most likely going to lose. Go in for the long game, it's the only thing which has worked so far....

Right now market seems bullish. These are the times when no one is sure whether market will be bullish or bearish in the short term. but looking at the last 1 week and with etf approval decision coming out on 10th August we will see a lot of volatility in market. Still the market seems bullish in short term.

It is quite obvious that Bear market is 100% better to invest in time of that, because the prices in this game are decreasing and getting lower so you can buy more.

U need to make a plan for both strategy because in bullish trend coin entry time should be right also exit time, we can use some tools and indicators for trading like moving average. in bearish market Peoples trade in downtrend market and no one know where market is going but definitely is possible we can make profit but market research and chart knowledge is more important than blind trade.

Hello again.
This time i would like to ask you guys of your opinion and experience in what kind of market is better for short term investing - Bullish or bearish? And please post why your opinion is like that.
Thanks
It's better to invest in the bullish market because it's easier to earn profit here. But you do not have to buy back especially when making that can dump immediately because its price especially when that peak is the most high price.

I believe that today, you can be both a bear and bulls. Why? Because today there is just a huge number of different coins. And each coin is profitable in its own way.

Bullish and bearish is almost the same expectations or expectations, with rising or falling stock prices (certain or index in general) in the stock.

The risk of short-term market is huge. If it is new investors, it is easy to lose money in short-term market. My advice is to invest as much as possible in mainstream coins and hold them for a long time. Although the market has been rising rapidly in recent days, the short-term market is not easy to make profits.

IMO, bearish and bullish markets are both good for short term trading as long as you have good skills. An experienced trader is able to make good trades regardless of the market situation.

both can be good as long as you know how to steer in the market in a way to make profit. for example in a bull market you need to be able to get in before the price reaches the top and sell be fore it starts its correction. then on a bear market the reverse of the same thing but also there is margin trading for that. in the end it will come down to your experience and willingness to try some strategies.

We have our own unique strategy on how to go with short term investing. You can take advantage whether it's bullish or bearish.
But the normal strategy, everyone buys during the bearish market and waits until the market grows a bit and sell when you got 5% - 10% depending on how much you gained.
As long as you can take out with the profit that's what you can do.

Even when the market is bearish, one can still make little profits...it all depends on your strategy and technical knowledge of a particular coin that point in time.

Exactly, its all dependent on when the buying occurred. Both market trends can be used for short term gains as long as the individual can strategies and sell at the right moments.

I believe that it is better to have a long term investment and most likely it would be better to buy cryptocurrency during the bear market while market price value is low. Short term investment is not advisable if you want to experience a much better profit. I believe that traders are more favorable in short term investment because even if the profit is not high for as long as there is profit they tend to trade right after.

i think for short term investment it will work for both, bullish or bearish. For short term investment, you just need to find a low price point in the market, and sell them immediately when it is higher even for a little increment. For long term, you must buy it at the bearish market because your long term holding will not be paid if you not buy it in the bearish market.
