It's hard to find good and profitable ICO like 2017, maybe only 1% ICO can reach softcaps and only 0.1% can reach hardcap, for me, of course, buying bitcoin is safer and more profitable.

Well you still can buy bitcoin though, you don't need to buy 1 whole bitcoin. ICO is not profit anymore because of so many bad ICOs.

It's better to buy bitcoin, even only a little amount is still fine. It's better than invest on ICO, if you invest on ICO sometimes it take years to get profit.
