i think that 90% is an huge percentual, it's unrealistic in my opinion, there are a lot of many promising ico outside that want to change the technology of the future. Yes, there are a lot of stupid projects that use the blockchain just to raise some capital and give to their investor token without a real usage, but this is not scam in my opinion, the fault is of the investors that don't study where they put their money.
There are still good ICO, its gist we need to seek them and research them thtpughly for us yo see it.

This fever of ICO's brings this setback, but there are many good projects in the middle of it all, just search deeper. The problem is that those who are newbie and want to find the "new Bitcoin" end up being fooled by many scams with well-done marketing.

I do not think most are scam, the market still has a lot to mature, many projects will only come true within 1 or 2 years, until then they will not be viable.

The founder of ETHEREUM said that over 90% of ICOs are scams. By participating in an ICO, you give your money to a project that probably will never happen. Every day a new ICO comes out ... but what surprises me is that many people invest their savings in these very high risk projects. I think it is much better to invest in real projects already listed on the stock exchange .... of which you know everything well ... For example, BANKERA looks like an ICO scam .....

I think the 90% figure is to high to consider because everyday more and more people are joining crypto investments in which lot of people believed that this is a very good as alternative investment. I think it will be 50% or as in 50/50 that is why we need to review well the ICO and the need to regulate ICO is a must to ensure that fake ICO will be avoided.

ICO does exist that do fraud but not all ICO is a scam.
There are still many ICO who are honest and do the project well.
Currently, Cryptocurrency is undergoing rapid development and ICO project is also experiencing rapid growth.
Therefore, it is natural that ICOs commit fraud.
However, to avoid fraud research can be done before joining the ICO project.
So it can avoid the ICO Scam project.

Not so. 50% also very high number. We need to spread good thing about crypto so not about scam which will make newbie worry about this. I know we should know the risk before joining here but 50% or 90% is too high number. Scam is not the same with ico fail. Ico project that fail and not scam will return the money to customer if they dont reach the soft cap. Mostly the ico like this and we can say its probably around 60% and 40% success. But that is not scam. Maybe 10% scam is in my number. Scam means, success or not the project, they will run with our money. Thats what i know.

Yeah exactly!!! Most of bounty participants are shouting that the project was scam though it just didn't succeed in getting enough funds. Or some small start-ups has raised few million, and though they are making development of their project. Good exchanges are just asking incredible amounts of money that such start-ups just could not affort them.

It's too much ICO that leads to fraud. Even now to choose a promising ICO alone is very difficult. Very few good ICOs and no scam ends. Although I have been researching as much detail as possible ICO that I want to follow but cannot be ascertained if ICO is really promising.

Yes, there are a lot of scammers now. And I have to choose and analyze for a very long time before I find any good project. Now I spend a lot of time on search of a trustworthy and reliable project. It was easier a year ago.

I would advise you now to buy TDZ tokens. In my opinion, it will give a good profit to its investors in the future. It is perspective project.

That's it, dude, but personally I try to sort out projects and chose those one with MVP and only afterwards take decision whether invest or not.
Also I pay attention to icodrops website, their list of projects and rates are appropriate for me

What a developer like "Vitalik Buterin" says, may well be true, because he has a number of authentic records so that what he says is very accurate, many ICO projects fail because they have been used by a lot of swindlers. Of course for his actions, bad impact on the project ICO "Honest". And the "Honest" ICO project was ultimately victimized and lost because most users no longer trust it.

even after a more thorough analysis of each project and a study of their technical document, you can still encounter fraudsters. It was not the first time that I had to stay without my money because of the deception of developers. Therefore ico companies look like gambling games or you won or lost.

ico is like roulette you can make good money and you can lose everything, a very risky event, but as they say who does not risk that does not drink champagne !  before you invest real money check and if you lose everything do not cry . Legal documents still no one reads

I strongly disagree with this. Yes there are some scams, but the vast majority of ICOs are genuine. If 90% were scams, then no-one would bother with any bounty work.
You're suggesting that almost every ICO is like Benebit - that's clearly not the case!

I also agree that the majority of projects are not "scams"... I think it is safe to assume that the overwhelming majority of projects with an ICO will fail, likely 90%. But this is true for any business, in any industry. Statistically 95% of all business fail in their first 5 years from inception... this will hold true in the crypto space as well. With that said, there is still time to trade and profit from these eventual failed ICO's

if the scammers know how to work, then they will provide you with such legal documents that you will not see any dirty trick. This is how many try to deceive investors to be able to hide with the collected money.

Yes, a lot of ICO is scam. But don't forget that there are very good projects. In the crypto currency sphere, I tried to earn differently. I sold video cards and farmed, I traded. But only participation in the ICO brought a really tangible profit. Yes, I did an excellent job at everything I did, but ICO is a huge income.
Only knowledge and experience will help to choose the right projects, in the beginning I also got on 2 scam projects. But it even more pushed me to get knowledge about how to choose the right project. So don't be so categorical...

I think many investors are already thinking more intelligently through this forum. campaign managers have also been more careful in choosing projects so the risk for owners who intend to scam can be minimized, the main problem is not the scam, but the ICO targets do not go smoothly so many projects are stuck and do not develop, including complicated distributions.

Well, we can't dispute the fact that there are large increase in scam rates as a result of high numbers of ICOs and Coin everywhere today and there are always difficulties in trying to find out the real Ones

I think 90% is too high. There are many good ico's that are release in the market. And i gain good income with them. And i think only 40% percent are scam. So we need to study the ico first before we got engaged into it.

I think that at least 2-3 more years investments in ICO or work for ICO during the advertising campaign will be a profitable business and will bring considerable profits. Another question is that it's necessary to conduct a careful analysis of all projects and approximately only 10% of them can be profitable.
