Not for this time of year. I agree with them, the market will return to normal after the fall of  last few months.
We can only wait now and not sell to reduce the risk of loss.
I think project developers will not be silent over this incident, they will find a solution to overcome it.

in the first quarter of this year, the market is almost red and there was huge decrease in value or price. there are 3 more quarters ahead, the price can go down and up, but i think at the end of this year, the prices will be lower than that at the beggining of this year
