Yes there are few bounty campaigns offering bitcoins as payment method. Usually signature campaigns but you need to ranked up to be able to join.
You can check it out here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
Good luck.

Yes, if he wants a bitcoin fee for the user, your current rating is not eligible, usually for those who receive bitcoin payments are full members upwards, you can follow social media but most of the pay is not bitcoin but token (from project) later exchanged to bitcoin.

The signature bounty thread should be found on this page, and the link you gave is questionable.

Haven't really joined any bounty that provide payment in Bitcoin. But it would be good if their are bounty campaign who pay bitcoin. You will be able to avoid fees on this.

there are some bounty that pay with bitcoin, but that is very rare. there is also a bounty that gives money with the dollar (USD), but that's just the calculation alone, the distribution of rewards still use the project token.

Most of the bounty campaigns would pay in their coins since the bounty is to promote their ICO. Some bounty campaigns would pay in Bitcoin but that too a portion of your payment in Bitcoin and remaining in their coins. You need to go through the payment option in their thread to know more. I think you need to rank up to join in any bounty campaign to earn Bitcoin or any altcoins.

You can just convert the bounty you get into bitcoin. That is much easier than trying to find someone who will pay you directly in bitcoin. I guess you can find those websites with click for btc. but you have to click a lot.

As far as i know, there is no bounty campaigns that will offer bitcoin as their payment of your services to them. Most bounties offers you altcoin as your reward and it depends to you if you want it to convert in bitcoin.
