There is just something wrong with this case. This is something I want to know too. And please explain why you changed the rules after that. The 29BTC bet happened when the max. was still 3BTC

There is just something wrong with this case. i can imagine they raised only my stake limit, and only after this issue was posted to public Can you imagine that there is any bookmaker in the word who allow placing more than 30 BTC ($3500) on an itf tennis quarterfinal match , despite of the winner gets only $245 (one of the biggest bookmaker, pinnacle sports allow such high stakes only after half a day after the odds showed up and only atp wta tours, not noname itf, ) (bitbook, bitsaloon, nitrogensports use pinnaclesports prices) here is a snippet from one of these books message to me : "The truth is that Pinnacle is a great book and I think it'd be very hard for a BTC book to offer better lines than them and not go out of business. " for example , wta China, Prize Money: $5,185,625 (not $10,000 like at my fake bet) you can place only EUR 481 on total games , not about $ 3500 (red circles : indicates a circled "bet type" with a lower maximum) they give a date 17/09/2013 , that they raised all of their users limit , after this time i placed 8 bets with under 3 btc, but on my 9th (fake) bet i placed 29, 601 BTC (instead of the max:30)

My suggestion is this.
It's pretty clear that this dispute is not going to be sorted out here by you and they arguing about what has happened.
I'd say the best thing is for you to offer to bitcoinlivebets.com to agree arbitration by some trusted forum member.
if they don't agree, then that looks very bad for them (they should have an arbitration procedure anyway) so it is in their interests to agree.
Then you can let the arbitrator decide.

Maybe someone that can speak the betters native language, because I think he is having trouble conveying his point. He doesn't seem to be a native English speaker.

You make an interesting point about withdrawing 1.2 BTC. I have no dog in this fight but like to know what really happened.

There is something seriously wrong with risk management if you allow people to bet 29BTC to some random never heard tennis tournament. I've done arbitrage for a living so I would say I'm (or at least was in 2010-2011, I doubt they've changed that much) well aware of the betting limits in the industry. There is just no way some bitcoin sportsbook can take that much action. What are your betting limits in a Champions League football, let's say Ajax vs. AC Milan which was played today. I have no idea what really happened here. OP clearly violated the TOS by creating two accounts but did he increase his bet size ten times compared to his previous bets? How can you take that much action? I'm at loss with this case

This is why I'll wait with betting on bookers that deal with btc. Its so easy for someone to not be legit in this cryptocoinbusiness. I really hope everything sorts out OP.

If a book has a limit of several thousand dollars on a low level tennis tournament, it's because someone has made a mistake. It doesn't look good that the site has refused to address the question 'what are your betting limits for Challenger type tennis tournaments?" That doesn't mean the bet wasn't placed. I would like to hear more about the "mistakes" that the bettor in question had taken advantage of in the past.

As I've said, the only way you are going to get this sorted out is with arbitration. If they agree to it, then you will get a decision one way or the other. If they don't agree to it, then that would be terrible PR for them. So I expect they will agree. But you have to get the ball rolling .....
