Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

is this exchange a scam or not? i mean it seems that it is at this point but why would they scam now instead of waiting until some real volume at their exchange? even though i am totally regretful regarding my enthusiasm of the phenixcoin  and wish i'd put my miners to better use for all of those weeks, i do wonder why they scam now with the exchange when most people hadn't started using it?

yes I we should start and try legal means to go after them but I don't believe that joerii, magnet or nawazish1 are to blame for the scam they are victims as much as we are

I had 44mill ADT coins that never got credited. Emailed 3 times the finally responded saying they were looking into it. The coins arrived in my account 5 days later.. So IDK they did fix it.. but certainly were in NO hurry about it.

PS. it also showed in there ledger that the 44mil HAD been deposited, but clearly had not.
