I tested amsterdamgold this week end and did not find the payment option for bitcoins. So, I sent them a mail and here is the reply, FYI : Good morning,
Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately we cannot accept bitcoin payments at the moment. We hope to have this payment option available as soon as possible.

Can anyone tell me a trustful seller in Europe that accept bitcoins?
I found Bitgild and zilvergoudwinkel, but this thread made me fear the first and the latter's website always throws an error during checkout.

Actually since i posted I did get a message from Wouter Vonk apologising for the delay and saying that my order would be sent out soon. Which is great , but i feel their customer service /communication needs to improve a lot! |

Ordered some gold, got it to my door after 2 working days, this was about 3 weeks ago though. But I don't understand why you guys worry? You are a bit quick with your worrying here... Remember, it's Christmas soon, that always slows things down.
People get their stuff, sometime after two days, sometimes after a week or two it seems at times. But you'll get it.

and I didn't get a response. I am starting to wonder if I will ever get
my parcel. Support is a disaster and over 2 weeks delivery
time without explanation isn't acceptable.
I don't recommend them.

As far as I can tell they are trustworthy, but sometimes the service is slow, and they are not present on this forum and have a sometimes unresponsive customer service.

Very fair statement. We've just added a link on our website to our bitcointalk username. (in right footer block) I hope that is enough proof we are answering from a legit account. Our previous account "wtzr" has been deleted or suspended since the password hack on bitcointalk that occurred several years ago. |

Nothing to complain about, except the rather hefty coinpayments fees I also noticed this ,pay with bitpay, exchange rates are normal otherwise I have 3 orders with BITGILD.com, buying gold, and I had no problems at all the only problem is shiping/delivery are slower/7-10 days/i'm in EU, but that's not a big problem For three days now I noticed another problem. I can't login with Goggle chrome, only with Firefox  |
