I’ve been able to log into my account - it turns out that it was just my internet connection and after I switched to a different provider I was able to successfully log in and also access some sites that I had same issue with.

Actually, you can do some testing or basic troubleshooting. First, ping the website using the cmd to check if you are able to a RTO them out and also check if you have a delay with the response. If you are using another network, I guess releasing and renewing the IP is ideal. Last, use another device or connection like you did. Also CR always make an update here if they made a maintenance.

I emailed support, waiting to hear back. It's happened twice now, I check the transaction on the blockchain and the fee is too low, right about 500 satoshis. The first time, support said this is a highly unusual occurrence as perhaps there was a dramatic dip in mining fees at the time of my withdrawal (and I got reimbursed, to be recouped when the transaction eventually clears), but because it happened again on my second most recent withdrawal attempt, it's looking like that might not be the reason, it's curious. I've used the same BTC address with no problem like this in the past.

I checked the last withdrawal from my account before these recent two (it was months ago, and it was under 0.0002 BTC) and the fee was just under 16,000 satoshis, so there was no issue then.

Has the withdrawal been up to 24 hours since you requested it? I actually don’t know the main cause but the transaction fee on mempool is very low with both high priority and low priority fee being 3sats/vB.

You’d just have to wait for the support reply and let them get you the necessary details like they did the last time you experienced the same delay.

Hi TheBalt, We've replied to this issue via our support channel.  We'll be crediting the amount back to your account and reissuing a new withdrawal soon once I have had our Cashier Department fix the fee inclusion rate on your account.

What happened, did the money arrive...? I made a withdrawal a couple of weeks ago and it took about 6 hours to become effective in my wallet, at that time the withdrawal fee was approximately $5, in fact: "All withdrawals are now subject to a fixed fee of 0.0001 BTC." so I think you are reading wrong when you mention 500 sat.

Yes it seems that it is indeed. I am sure he will get his fund after issuing a new withdrawal since it is what CR_anders explained so he shouldn't worry about it anymore and just follow up what the support channel have replied. We should just wait for him to do it and wait for the update again this time as the last one where he didn't received the funds and credited his account because of it.

No matter how tempting the game looks like I usually don’t like to bet on more than one game when I know I’m betting with a large sum - I just go with the one I’m more positive about and bet on it and let the others slide or bet on them separately but with a smaller amount (I’ve tried it a couple of times and none of them worked out well for me so I’ve decided not to try it again).
