Hi Anders thank you for responding, yeah I contacted support first and they have handled it it's just that I didn't realize that the email was in the spam folder and almost all emails from CoinRoyale are redirected to the spam folder so sometimes I miss some promos. Regarding my bet yeah I remember that it took more than 1 hour to complete, I don't know if that experience only works on Tennis matches or will work faster on soccer matches.
