That's a good analogy but someone who hasn't won a raffle before or hasn't got a free bet might not know how they could use the Bet on the casino so it makes sense to tell such a user in detail that how such a bet can be used on sports events. Look, you might not know how to drive a car, and that's perfectly fine. But you already know what driving is. If someone handed you the keys, you probably wouldn't ask, "So... how do I drive?" You'd understand that learning to drive is your responsibility, not the responsibility of the person giving you the car.

It's the same idea here. You can't expect them to hand you the free bets "and" give you a complete lesson on how to use them. I don't mean that as criticism—it's just one of those things that naturally falls on the user to figure out.
