I initiated a withdrawal frmo MtGox to a SEPA account on June 15. After the June fiasco on mtgox I was patient and waited.
On June 29 I opened a ticket on Mtgox support site (number 5635). They asked me for more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, nothing.

Now, I see in the forum that people who initiated withdrawals in July are getting them.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FUNDS ? Why is my ticket not being considered ? This is getting absolutely ridiculous, MtGox. Over 1 month now.

Try again with a new ticket number. If they don't hear from you for a while they mark your problem as "solved."

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. On the bright side, in the past month BTC hasn't crashed to zero.

I wish it would, then I'd buy a couple million BTC. Smiley

DO NOT OPEN A NEW TICKET!

Simply reply to the old ticket to have it reopened.

DO NOT OPEN A NEW TICKET!

I did not open a new ticket. It is not even closed. Supposedly it is "currently being processed" by Natalie. She has not replied since July 6  Roll Eyes.

Gox, how about you credit back my account (whatever... $ or BTC) and I move it out by other means since SEPA transfers are broken ? 5 weeks without resolution is getting absolutely ludicrous.

Odd they haven't contacted you about anything.

It took them three weeks for them to help recover my account  Angry

Oh, well, nevermind. I guess this is one of the few cases where you should open a new ticket...
