Did you seriously compare the ethically operations of a bitcoin online gambling site to that of a man raping a woman?
Wow.
It's tough to a cringe worthy comment like that seriously, I will say this: These operations are no illegal under any state or federal law. The people that gamble are willing participants and are well aware of the risk and opportunity they are taking. Who or what has given the moral authority to you and what right do you have to pass judgment on other's behavior?
If you don't like the concept of gambling, I respect that. However, you have no right to belittle others that do.
Take your bull elsewhere.
online gambling is illegal last time i check it kind of adds to the novelty of these sites imo weeeeee In most of the world online gambling is fully legal. In the US, there is no federal law banning online gambling (though there are laws banning the "funding of illegal gambling sites," which is a different legal argument) There are also a handful of US states that do have laws against it. do you rely want me to repost cite laws?lmao ~ bitcoin itself is under the microscope in The States because of illegal gambling, bad drugs and other even more evil things!!! Online gambling is legal. Link? or in your opinion To be fair, it's ambiguous in its current state. There are no federal laws directly against online gambling. States have worked to make it legal and some have passed laws allowing people to gamble online like New Jersey. Other states like New York are currently looking to make online gambling legal. While other states allow some forms of online gambling like horse racing and lottery, they either fully reject or have nothing concrete for slots, blackjack and sports gambling. I'm sure if you asked a government official if online gambling was legal in their state they probably couldn't give you a straight answer. It's a classic gray area, but our government is notorious for that.

I'm going to start offering bitcoin gaming licenses. These will be GPG signed, as well as printed so you can post it in your office, as well as graphically signed so you can post a picture on your website.
Anyone who has a bitcoin gaming license from me will fall under by jurisdiction and authority.
Now, I'm still thinking what the fees will be, but all who apply before 31 Dec 2013 will get their licenses for free, will be considered charter members of Dabs Bitcoin Gaming Commission, and will retain their free license for a period of 10 years.
All members who apply from 01 Jan 2014 onwards will have to pay a non-refundable application and processing fee of 1 BTC per annum, renewable every year.
First time applicants are not automatically accepted.
Certain rules and regulations will apply that all members must adhere to, but common sense will prevail, and will be similar to other internationally issued gaming licenses.
Ok, I'm going to think of more things later on, but that's it for now.

finally read the OP in its entirety, i'm amazed why there are so many "yes men" when it comes to these fraudulent online gambling sites. I find it shocking they log ip addresses to track users and use this info to taylor the odds!

The top dice sites, particularly the 3 mentioned in the title, do not log ip addresses to "taylor" the odds. Except for SatoshiDice, the other two already have you make an account, so they don't need your ip address since you are logged in as one account already.
And you're advertising one of them in your signature.

The top dice sites, particularly the 3 mentioned in the title, do not log ip addresses to "taylor" the odds. Except for SatoshiDice, the other two already have you make an account, so they don't need your ip address since you are logged in as one account already.
And you're advertising one of them in your signature.
bullshit! my guess is they are working with the authorities to target laundrymats!!!

i'm convinced these trap game sites are on the take, I'd expect more community spirit out of you guys, i'm an idealist! What convinces you? Because, I'm also an idealist and I'm all with the community and then some. But I also need to see verifiable proof, otherwise it's just all anecdotal or hearsay. IANAL, but it's just not right to condemn an innocent man to death for a crime he did not commit. What if we're wrong? Proof is needed. That's the whole point of being provably fair. These dice games are fair to players at least. Only investors could potentially have problems. The little article by some dude about injecting html or java partials just doesn't make sense even to me, although I'm usually a fail at understanding probabilities and math.
