There are some rumours that the prices would get down again for one or two times before they reincrease to the level around before the latest year end and even higher. Can anyone here enlighten me and newbies like me, which is better to do if that really happens:
1) hold our assets and wait until the market got fully recover to start trading.
2) increase our capital to reduce the average price.
3) sell our assets with the assumptions to got deficit prives, and then rebuy again at this price.
4) others.
Any suggestion?
Hi friend cryptocurrency are not rumor based games. Listening or following the hype is a very dangerous path to disaster. If I were you I will study the technical and fundamental analysis of the crypto. These two analyses will answer your inquiry whether to hold, increase, sell, and others. For discussion purposes, the technical analysis right now if you are a day trader is to hold. The graph movement is sideways meaning it can either go down or go up. But based on my experience the ups are most probable until the end of March. These are not guessing or rumour these are based on the technical analysis I have made. |

Preferable to hold because bitcoin fluctuates from time to time, if it drops down, then take the opportunity to put up capital and buy bitcoin. Once the value recovers then this is the good chance to sell:)
Definitely recommended to hold bitcoins once prices are low. When that situation happens, there are only two choices which depends on the goal of the investor: 1. Whether you accumulate or acquire more coins for short/long-term investments; or 2. Whether you sell your bitcoins depending on your choice regardless of you earning/losing money (depends upon the CURRENT situation of the investor). For the first alternative, I recommend to buy more bitcoins as its price may soon skyrocket once again. But this also depends on the reason on why the market for bitcoin fell apart. If the reason is due to a world-wide prohibition against cryptocurrencies in general and developed countries are starting to impose laws prejudicial to its existence, then better start selling it (which is also the second option and highly hypothetical). It so funny that most individuals who say that bitcoin is popping are also the ones who say that they regret NOT investing when the prices are low. That is why invest only the money that you are willing to lose to avoid any regrets or anything whatsoever. |

if the price of the coin starts to fall again, then all I will suggest is to hold all the coins we have, and wait until the price recovers.
I think this is not just a suggestion from me, but right now I'm holding a few coins I have, I originally wanted to sell the coin, but when I saw the price was down I canceled my wish and kept my coin.

If you know the market and have experiences , you can take profit in bullish or bearish moments , the important is that to know the situation and can predict , the if you guess it is going to be bearish you sell and buy in deeper , and I always put stop loss and suggest the same!

In order to do this, you need to be equiped with right knowledge. What knowledge? If you don't even know what bearish and bullish then better back out since these are one of basic things to know when trading. Also, keep yourself updated with the happenings in cryptoworld especially about that particular coin your have. |

Bitcoin user adoption is currently at 0.95%. You are still part of the Innovator phase if you have invested to date.
Now with that said it's important to know that as people flood into and out of the market it very volatile.
My own prediction is that we will see another bull run market in 6-9 months.
Taking that information into account you can than assess where you want to be. I strongly am against selling anything at a loss, but its better than selling it at zero.
Know your projects and invest in foundations such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Neo.
Profit. As always only invest what you are willing and can afford to loose.

yes, holding bitcoin is always good for us but we also have another option which is we can buy bitcoin again if the price is down. so we have two benefits which are we can add more bitcoin into our wallet and the second is our price buy average will reduce so if the price increases for a little, we can directly sell to recover our loss or we can hold it for another time. |

If prices are down again and you are still holding your coin refusing to sell for s meagre prices then you are one of the very few strategists that usually make sure lot of money as a holder. Continue with this strategy and you will be very rich in less than 7years!

For most people, the smart move would be the first one. By holding your assets, it would help you avoid any losses or at least mitigate it. The market so filled with so many alleys and changes that could contribute for your investments and trades to go south. Therefore, if you won't be patient with your moves and just sell with a panicky attitude when many assets are going down without thinking it over first, you would see all your hard earned profit to go down the drain. Instead, why not take the time to actually extend your portfolio, since most coins are down, and it is actually a good time to buy. |

This information is good because maybe the newbie here in crypto world will follow this when the price decrease. But usually we gonne do if the price is going down we buy more coin because we believe if the price decrease it will increase again after few days or few weeks because many people see the price decrease. Other peolle wait the price to decrease more before they buy bitcoin or an altcoin..

If you are already holding your positions then you can do two things either you can hold your positions irrespective of your positions or capital invested or you can book loss for now and buy again once the price starts to move upside. Other than this if you are planning to buy then wait for the correction to end and enter your long positions once the uptrend starts. Make sure that you plan your trade with correct money management so that you don't get stuck in trades which don't work well for you. You can also do positive averaging so that you end up in neutral in bad trades if you have good money management tricks and that's why I always get prepared for every situation whether it's good or bad. |

Thank you for the responds and suggestions. It helps me much on enlighten my view on this world of cryptocurrency. It's so unique, because while at some points it has similarities with forex and stocks exchange (which my knowledge upon them is not so very deep too), but it also has distinct uniqueness and at some points, unpredictable. Your opinions and suggestions are very priceless to me. It successfully multiply my eagerness to learn more.  |

One of the attitude that you should have in this business is the PATIENCE. It is very normal that prices will go down especially in the crypto marjet because it is very volatile. The prices fluctuate every minute. If you see the prices are going down, don't mind it. Just hold your coins and have patience. You will not incur losses until you sell your coins.
The best thing to do is to relax and wait for the next update of the prize. And if it will continue dropping we must be happy because it is a new opportunity of buying. Everything is really depend on how we do act with a different situation that may have came to our life. And I believe that we are the one who do it in our most simple way, but if we wanted to gain we must show patience on this feild. This is what we should do but most of the time people do not want to wait they think they can get profits in bitcoin in a matter of days and while that is possible it is not the most likely scenario many people need to wait for months and even years in order to see any profits and then newbies think they can get in bitcoin and make money and then when they lose they blame bitcoin instead of blaming themselves. |

people are here for making the money not for loos anything so will suggest to the people keep always calm fresh mind always can do better if the price is down then keep on hold if you have good capital then you can do manage it well still keep eye on the price list what is going on you have to hold for some time no need to be panic otherwise something can be loos i am still holding some coin just waiting for good and letter i can sell my coins.

If the prices go down the wire, I wouldn't have to worry about it. Do you want to know why? It is because it's just a healthy correction, which is common for experienced and long-time traders of the cryptocurrency world.
Just keep holding it until we see another bull run of Bitcoin and other altcoins in the market. Also, you have to keep your options open by sustaining yourself (e.g., keeping your job, freelance gigs, bounty programs of other ICOs, etc.).

keep hold is the best things that we can do for now although we still have the opportunity to buy again if we still have money. maybe we need to analyze top 25 coins and I am sure that we can find a good coin that will increase later although it's not increasing so high, we could still make a profit. I don't think that cheap altcoin can destroy our fund because this coin could increase higher and we can make a big profit. |

I think the number (1) is the best to do when the bitcoin cuurency fall down again, many traders doing such strategy when the price of bitcoin goes down they hold their bitcoin and waiting and control the emotions until the price of bitcoin fully recovery. |
