Unless your buying and selling thousands of dollars worth you'll instantly lose what you make on transaction fees. All depends if the other stuff your invested in is rubbish. Eth is a good long term hold.

In my opinion, yes. Though this is not a financial advise on my side, but this recent FUD from Ethereum is a good sign to buy because there is  bearish market seems nearly over. CMC last day reach  more than 400B, its a good sign.
